Refund policy

At By The Bride Co., each service is thoughtfully customized to your unique wedding and planning needs. For this reason, all retainers are non-refundable. Any payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded if services have not yet begun. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.

We are committed to providing exceptional support and encourage clients to reach out with any questions or concerns throughout the planning process.

At By The Bride Co., we reserve time specifically for each client and begin preparing for your project upon booking. Because our services are customized and time-based, the following policy applies:

Booking retainer

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking and reserve space on our calendar. The retainer compensates for consultation time, planning, scheduling, and preparation and is not refundable under any circumstances.

Project cancellations

If you choose to cancel your project before work has begun, any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer may be refunded. If work has already started, payments are non-refundable and will be applied toward services completed up to the date of cancellation.

Bridal assistance services

For hourly or ongoing support services, clients are responsible for payment for all hours worked prior to cancellation. Unused prepaid hours may be refunded at the discretion of By The Bride Co.

Final weeks support

Due to the time reserved and preparation required, Final Weeks Support services are non-refundable once work has begun.

If concerns arise during your project, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality support and will make reasonable efforts to address any issues.
